Getting into buy to let without the stress?
I visited a friend recently and asked him whether he was considering buying yet another property to let.
His answer: too stressful;I rather want to develop my next property and sell.

Hesitant homebuyers drive up rentals
Demand for rented property in the last quarter was at its strongest since January 2004, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
