<description>At Mortgages for Business, we have literally just completed a comprehensive Buy to Let Guide and it's totally FREE. I have just posted a piece about it on our blog which links through to it. I'd be delighted for all to have a look at it - it covers all of the above and goes deep into every aspect which needs to be considered when thinking of becoming a landlord.

It includes:
Gearing / Capital Release / Property Portfolio Building
Buy to Let Mortgage Dynamics
Rent to Interest Cover
Loan Types Fixed, Discount, Capped and Tracker Rates
Interest Only and Repayment
Income Based Products
Buy to Let Mortgage Fees
and more.

I hope this of help to you.

<description>I don't think you should realistically expect to get any kind of renumeration without stress of some kind. Hunt for tenants yourself, stress. Have an agency do it, stress. OK, you get more money with the former approach but then potentially you start stressing about whether the investment is worth it or not given the long-term damage stress can do to your health. So the answer would seem to be no on the basis that stress is axiomatic no matter your approach to the subject of buy to let.

					<description>Hi,
It's good to find a 'real' property investment blog among all these machine-generated spam blogs. Good luck with your venture.
